Why The Switch is Different

The Switch isn’t about hype, bravado, or teaching people to lose control. It’s a grounded, practical approach built from real experience, not theory or unrealistic promises. Through my own experiences, I recognised that most people sit at two extremes under threat. Either emotion takes over and aggression goes out of conrtol the “red mist” or fear freezes them into capitulation and compliance. Neither is a good reaction, you need true control.
